My husband and I tried to eat healthy and exercise but life seemed to always get in the way. Working with Robert was one of the best decisions we made. He came to our house twice a week for personal training and his ability to give us challenging workouts without a lot of exercise equipment was very helpful. We were always impressed by how much he knew about exercising and eating healthy but the most important thing for us was that he actually made exercise fun! Not an easy thing to do for my husband!

I have been working with Elevation Fitness Solutions and Robert Buck for over 2 years. In that time I have lost over 30lbs and gained muscle mass and agility. Robert has coached and taught me many valuable skills about weight training, working out , mobility training and nutrition. I have been a skateboarder for 36yrs, I’m currently 48 and now skating like I’m 28 this is a success story for sure. I will continue my exercise and nutrition journey with Robert and Elevation Fitness Solutions in Pagosa. The results speak for themselves.

While I had worked out most of my life and am athletic, I needed help getting back into shape after my daughter was born. Working with Robert was awesome! He knew how to encourage me and kick my butt back into shape. Robert has studied and practiced fitness/nutrition techniques for 20+ years. I signed up with Robert Buck after trying an online fitness program that really disappointed me. I am so pleased with Elevation Fitness Solutions and Robert Buck! Buck’s expertise and his continual journey toward excellence in providing me with an overall healthy lifestyle program has benefited my life considerably. The workouts are interesting and perfectly challenging. Buck is very knowledgeable and extremely approachable. This is only my third month but I am already noticing a substantial difference in my strength, endurance and overall am feeling more capable and confident in my physical abilities.

I worked with Robert for over 12 years! He is a great trainer. He always kept our work interesting, teaching new ways to train without ever letting our workouts get boring or stale. He also helped me stay focused on my nutrition during our time together.

Robert’s training style is a great mix of motivation, challenge and patience.  He is experienced at developing the right mix of challenging workouts and provides encouragement along the road.  He also has the experience to know when you can do better and he isn’t afraid to push you toward your goals.  He’s really creative in the weight room with planning the right routines for his clients and he brings a great personality to every session so there is never a dull moment when training with him.
